Thu 4th April Sprint to Lapa

Started work at 2am on a rainy day in Sydney. So at 7pm when I was free to run I was feeling flat. But as soon as the legs started moving I felt better. Increased speed through the run and ran all the hills well. Had one full speed sprint along Matto High. Finished off with stretches and push ups. Feel pretty good. Achilles 8/10. 12k total.
