Parkrun Kamay in. 19.47 . Heavy legs after diving all week. Then with Dave B on bike ride to central, then train to Berowra and ride to Ettalong. Then ferry to Palm Beach and dropped in the visits Owen and Patti.
Rode to Manly and caught the ferry to CQ. Had a double choc and hazelnut ice cream at Manly Wharf. Yum. Ride on to Maroubra for Riki and Kate's party.
Great day. My right cleat wore out and kept slipping out of the pedal
