This week started new diet to get rid of lazy fat before the Sydney Marathon. My weight has gone up to 74kg. So I have sworn off fat, bread, tea and coffee, lollies, chocolate,cake... for the next 4 weeks. Target weight 69kg.
Ran 12k home from work via Lapa on Monday at 5min/k. It was murder. Legs very sore. Tuesday ran 5k to work and 12km back home. Legs still sore.
